We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal performance, efficiency, and usability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support and training to users. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Customize and configure Salesforce according to business requirements, including fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and customized analytics to provide meaningful insights to users and management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data cleansing and deduplication activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements and bug fixes.
• Conduct regular user training sessions and create training materials to support adoption and proficiency among Salesforce users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system integrations, data migrations, and new feature deployments.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their applicability to business needs, and recommend upgrades and enhancements.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party applications and tools to complement the Salesforce platform. • Perform additional responsibilities as requested and required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Work is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical risks involved but may require extended periods of sitting at a desk working on the computer, multitasking phone and paperwork.
