Billing Information

Your first bill will be pro-rated to include charges from the account activation date through the next month of service. Therefore, you may notice your first bill is higher than what you were quoted per month.

Example: If you activate service on the 15th of the month, your bill will include charges from the 15th thru the end of the month, plus the next full month of service.

Paperless Billing

We are paperless and statement notifications are sent via email on the 1st of the month. The notification will come from You may need to check your spam folder for the notification. You will also receive an email notification when a payment has been made on your account.

Pay Your Bill

Paying your bill is easy. We use autopay which is applied on the bill date of the 20th of each month. To set this up, log into your account at and click the “My Account” tab to enter your debit or credit card information. You can also call us at (877) 227-0924 to set up autopay for you. Currently, we do not offer autopay through a bank routing number.

Pay online by applying a one-time payment. Log into your account and click the “My Account” tab. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or through your bank routing and account number. Please provide the correct account number to avoid the ACH being returned to us and avoid additional fees associated with the returned ACH payment.

To avoid interruption of service please pay your balance due in full by the 20th of each month. Your account can be suspended at any time and without notice if your account is past due. A reconnection fee may also apply. If service is suspended, the reconnection fee, past due balance, as well as current month amount will need to be paid in full to restore service. If your account is suspended, you can call Customer Service at (877) 227-0924 to pay by phone.

Seasonal/Vocation Hold

For wireless internet service, we offer seasonal/vacation hold to temporarily stop service for $5 a month plus tax. For fiber optic service, we offer seasonal/vacation hold to temporarily stop service for $20 a month plus tax. Instead of a temporary hold, you can have fiber optic service reduced to 10 Mbps for $35 a month plus tax. These are great options for those who have service at campgrounds or vacation homes and when service is not needed year-round. Call us at (877) 227-0924 for your service to be placed on a temporary hold.
