My journey with Bug Tussel began in May 2020. I was hired as a Customer Service/Tech Support representative. I learned a great deal about how our service works, the equipment involved, and whatever else I could pick up along the way. After about six months, I was given an opportunity to move to the Inside Sales team. We eventually realized the Inside Sales (among others) team would need to grow just to keep up with the growing demand for service! Two years later, I am now managing a full team of Inside Sales representatives. I can’t wait for what’s in store, both for the growth of the company and with my own career at Bug Tussel.

After graduating from UW-Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, I began to construct a plan for taking my next big step in life. When I was informed about an opening for the Digital Marketer position at Bug Tussel, I immediately became intrigued and took a leap into the interview process. After finding out I got the job, I was filled with excitement and became fully prepared to take on this new opportunity. I have now been working with Bug Tussel for roughly one month, I have learned many great things about the company and marketing as a whole, and I am looking forward to advancing my skills in this inspiring atmosphere!

Working at Bug Tussel is such a rewarding experience — I have the privilege of witnessing and executing strategies and solutions that help our company grow. Our company culture encourages employees to take on new challenges, but to have fun while doing so. As a member of the accounting team, I am greeted everyday with new opportunities to advance my skills and knowledge.

I graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Bug Tussel is my first job out of college and I could not be happier with my decision! In my role as Marketing Assistant, I create posters, mailers, travel to events to promote our services, and more. I have been given many opportunities to learn and try new things, which is allowing me to truly develop a role for myself doing the things I enjoy. I work with some pretty cool people here, and the collaborative and fun work environment leads to creativity and growth along with laughter and great working relationships.
