Paying your bill is easy. We use autopay which is applied on the 20th of each month. To set up autopay, log into your account at btussel.com and click the “My Account” tab to enter your debit or credit card information. You can also call us at (877) 227-0924 to set up autopay. Currently, we do not offer autopay through a bank routing number.
Pay online by applying a one-time payment. Log into your account and click the “My Account” tab. You can pay by debit card or credit card.

To avoid interruption of service, please pay your balance due in full by the 20th of each month. Your account can be suspended at any time and without notice if your account is past due. A reconnection fee may also apply. If service is suspended, the reconnection fee, past due balance, and current month amount will need to be paid in full to restore service. If your account is suspended, you can call Customer Service at (877) 227-0924 to pay by phone.
