As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced AT&T Sales Associate to join our team.

Position Summary

Bug Tussel Wireless is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an AT&T Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T within our retail locations, helping customers connect to the people and things that matter most. You will provide expert guidance on AT&T wireless products and services, recommend personalized solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and determine their needs and wants in a friendly, professional manner

  • Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions

  • Demonstrate AT&T products and services and explain technical specifications

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

  • Assist with inventory management and product displays

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends

  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment

  • Represent Bug Tussel and AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

  • 1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

  • Technologically savvy and eager to learn about wireless technology

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Language Skills

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Bilingual is a plus
