As a valued Bug Tussel residential customer, you can earn a $35 bill credit for sharing the benefits of our service. For each qualified friend, family member, or neighbor you refer who signs up for Bug Tussel home internet, you’ll receive a $35 credit on your monthly bill.

Hello Neighbor Referral Program credits are only available to current Bug Tussel residential customers who are 18 years of age or older with an account in good standing. To receive a $35 bill credit, the Referred Customer must enroll in the Program. Install/activate all Qualifying Service(s) at the same address under the Bug Tussel CSA Agreement for Residential Services within the first 30 days of the date of referral; and Maintain the Qualifying Service(s) for at least the first 90 consecutive days after activating the Qualifying Service(s), with a Bug Tussel account in good standing. If any Qualifying Service(s) are cancelled, downgraded, or changed during the above-referenced 90-day period, the Reward (if any), shall be determined by the remaining Qualifying Service(s) which satisfy the Program and Rewards criteria.
